It is great pleasure to organize the ASPL2023 in Seoul, Korea. Seoul is the capital and largest metropolis of South Korea and the historical place, where was the capital of the Chosun Dynasty for over 500 years. Seoul is surrounded by a mountainous and hilly landscape and the Han river flows in the middle of Seoul city.
As with its long history, the Seoul capital area contains UNESCO World heritage sites, Changdeok Palace, Hwaseong Fortress, Jongmyo Shrine, and Namhansanseong.
October in Seoul is the best season to enjoy mild temperature (average 15 to 25℃), blue sky, colorful leaves, brilliant night view, delicious food, and shopping.
